UPDATE ON MRS. KIM SIMPLIS-BARROW
Mrs. Barrow remains in the Intensive Care Unit at a Miami hospital receiving treatment for complications with her heart and fluid in her lungs. She is showing signs of improvement and is strengthening. It is expected that Mrs. Barrow will be transferred from the Intensive Care Unit to a regular hospital room in the next couple days. Prime Minister Dean Barrow remains by her side in Miami and is scheduled to return to Belize over the weekend.
The Prime Minister and his wife thank everyone for the continued prayers and support.

Am so happy to hear she’s doing much better. God bless an guide an protect her…. My mother is a cancer patient. I know how it feels thinking your going to loose your love one. My aunt Brenda is suffering from heart an water in the lungs also, so I know what the Prime Minister Dean Barrow going through….. My blessing goes out to him.
I’m sorry to hear about your mom and aunt, Arelie…my heart goes out to you and your family at this time. FAC
If Kim Simplis can bring this country together in unison and prayer, why can’t everyone use this strong woman as a role model to follow and change Belize? This is a call to all Belizean women to stop all the craziness in Belize by stomping your foot down, hands on hips, and go outside in one voice and scream “STOP IT RIGHT NOW. NO MORE KILLING. NO MORE INJUSTICE. NO MORE POVERTY. NO MORE…”
To the Prime Minister and our well-loved First Lady, you have touched the hearts of many of us and though we may not be present, you are in our prayers. Continue to be strong for each other and know that your Belizean people have both of you in our hearts. We will continue to pray for you guys.
Love,
Miss D.
